Who We Are?

The MLEF was founded in January of 2001 by a broad spectrum of community members interested in taking an academically proven school and making it even better. Since then, the economic and budgetary environment for public education has made private fundraising even more important. 

The Medford Lakes Education Foundation, Inc. is a community based non-profit organization. Our mission is to assist the Medford Lakes School System in becoming a model of excellence and equity in education.

The Medford Lakes Education Foundation (MLEF) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to enriching the educational experience for every student in the Medford Lakes School District. We raise funds from our community and award grants to teachers and staff who propose creative, forward-thinking programs that go beyond what standard budgets allow.
